Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Spendid (the "App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spendid ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

Spendid is a mobile expense tracking application that allows users to:

• Manage multiple currencies

The App operates primarily on-device and does not require internet connectivity for core functionality.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Spendid, you are responsible for:

• Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of all financial data you enter into the App
• Device Security: Maintaining the security of your device and any backup files you create
• Legal Compliance: Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accountability: Making financial decisions based on your own judgment, not solely on App-generated reports

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property: The App, including its source code, design, graphics, user interface, and all other content, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all financial data and information you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership rights to your personal financial data.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
